Maintenance

When the appliance is not used for a long time, it is strongly recommended to use the cover. This protects your griddle from moisture and prevents corrosion. Also, any ash residue from previous use cannot get wet this way.
PLATE RENOVATION KIT
The plate renovation kit comes in handy when there is slight oxidation on the griddle due to lack of oil or exposure to moisture. You polish your plate with this kit so it looks like new again. Properly greasing your griddle before using this sealant will ensure proper performance. After polishing, don't forget to feed your griddle with vegetable oil.
