Terms and Conditions of Tiger Fire's Limited Warranty

1. Tiger Fire: Each Tiger Fire model comes with a 24-month limited warranty for materials and workmanship on all parts and accessories for the original purchaser or owner who purchased the product from an authorized dealer and registered his/her warranty as required. This warranty is valid as long as the original purchaser owns the Tiger Fire or covered part.

2. Tiger Fire makes every effort to use materials that resist rust and to use high-temperature coatings on metal surfaces. However, metal materials and protective coatings may be affected by various surface scratches or exposure to substances and conditions beyond Tiger Fire's control. Chlorine, industrial fumes, chemicals, fertilizers, extreme humidity, lawn, pesticides and salt are some substances that can corrode paint and finishes on metal coatings. For these reasons, the warranty on metal, stainless steel and cast iron parts does not cover rust, oxidation, fading or other staining unless it also results in loss of structural integrity or failure of these parts of the Tiger Fire.

3. WOOD PARTS: Wood items, including handles and Tiger Fire tables, have a one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser. Wood products are not covered for normal weathering, aging or cracking unless there is also loss of structural integrity. Note: Do not place the Tiger Fire directly on or near a combustible surface, deck, table or other support, as this will void the warranty, and Tiger Fire expressly disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result.

4. TEMPERATURE METER AND PACKAGE: Packing and the temperature gauge have a limited warranty of one (1) year for the original purchaser.

5. DIVERSE: Other Tiger Fire parts and accessories purchased from an authorized Tiger Fire dealer may also have different warranties - check the specific item for details.

6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: These warranties are based on normal and reasonable household use and proper service of the Tiger Fire. Commercial uses and related applications are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. Warranty does not apply to any incidental or accidental damage or breakage, or to any damage caused by transportation; dropping; improper mounting; improper support; or on a solid, non-combustible surface under the base; commercial use; modifications; alterations; negligence; abuse; improper care/maintenance; road hazards; normal and reasonable wear and tear; or natural disasters. Warranty coverage does not extend to scratches, dents, chips, crazing, appearance or minor cosmetic cracks of the outer glaze or coating that do not affect the performance of the Tiger Fire. Tiger Fire and related products purchased from unauthorized dealers or through unauthorized sales channels or unauthorized third parties are not covered under warranty. Please note: If a consumer buys from a non-authorized source, even one that operates as a legitimate business offering products in unopened boxes (but is a non-authorized reseller), they are buying used products by legal definition. If someone buys from an unauthorized reseller or retailer, or from an unauthorized online reseller, they are almost always buying items without manufacturer warranties, regardless of statements or claims by the seller. This is the published policy of many brands and companies, not just Tiger Fire.

7. COVERAGE DATE: Warranty coverage begins when a Tiger Fire purchased from an authorized dealer is registered on tigerfire.eu by the original purchaser or owner as required under this warranty. If you cannot register your Tiger Fire on the website, an authorized dealer can provide you with a form that you can fill out and mail to Tiger Fire. A valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required to claim warranty.

8. COVERAGE UNDER WARRANTY: OriginalTiger Fire components that are defective in materials or workmanship, and covered by a valid and registered warranty, will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Tiger Fire, at no cost to the warranted item or component, subject to the terms of this warranty.

9. PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIM: For warranty support, contact the authorized dealer where the item was purchased. For Tiger Fire's purchased outside of Europe, warranty claims are handled by an authorized dealer or distributor in the country of purchase. Consult the dealer section of the tiger fire website at tigerfire.eu to find Tiger Fire's authorized international distributor in your specific region. Warranty claims must be made through an authorized dealer or distributor within the original country of purchase. Do not ship or ship parts for a warranty claim until you have contacted an authorized dealer or distributor, as in some cases it may not be necessary to test the warranted part back.

10. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CLAIM: A receipt showing the date of purchase and the name of the authorized dealer where the Tiger Fire or other Tiger Fire product was purchased must be provided with any warranty claim, along with an accurate description of the problem or defective part. For warranty purposes, the original purchaser is the person whose name appears on the proof of purchase and who has registered their Tiger Fire warranty as required.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: TigerFire shall not be liable for shipping, delivery, labor, packaging, export/import duties, VAT or any taxes levied as a result of a warranty claim, service, repair or return unless authorized in writing by Tiger Fire.

12. LOSS OF WARRANTY: Any unauthorized alteration or modification to a Tiger Fire will void the warranty. This includes drilling holes or tampering with any of the parts; using parts within the Tiger Fire other than authentic Tiger Fire parts; or using internal components in a manner other than intended by the manufacturer. Altering or replacing internal and external components, including the fire grate, fire bowl, pedestal and fire ring, will void the warranty, and Tiger Fire expressly disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result. Pouring lighter fluids or any flammable mixture on or in a Tiger Fire will void the warranty. This practice is dangerous and may result in damage or personal injury.

13. DELAY OR FAILURE: TigerFire shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform under the warranty caused by any event or circumstance beyond Tiger Fire's control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, governmental restrictions or limitations, strikes, fire, floods, delays in transportation or reduced delivery of materials.

14. LIMITATIONS: This limited warranty is not transferable. There are no other warranties, express or implied, except as specifically stated in this warranty or as may be provided under statutory rights that vary from state to state and country to country. Tiger Fire does not authorize any person or representative to assume or make any obligation or liability on behalf of Tiger Fire in connection with the sale of any Tiger Fire product. Warranties, whether written, oral, express or implied, are not granted to any person obtaining the product from any source other than Tiger Fire or from an authorized distributor or dealer. Purchasing and/or accepting delivery of any Tiger Fire product from unauthorized dealers or online resellers will void the warranty of that product. Tiger Fire is not sold at discount stores, discount chains, online or by e-commerce stores, and any product purchased from such a retailer is not covered under warranty. Authorized dealers can be verified on the Tigerfire.eu website.

15. LIABILITIES OF Tiger Fire: Repair or replacement of parts in the manner and during the time stipulated below shall constitute fulfillment of all warranty obligations and/or any direct and derivative liabilities of Tiger Fire. A buyer's exclusive right for any breach of this warranty or any other implied warranty is limited as set forth herein to replacement or repair of the part shipped to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

16. LIMITATIONS: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THIS WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXCLUDED. Some states and/or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

17. WARRANTY REGISTRATION: Warranty registration is available at TigerFire.eu. Failure to register theTiger Fire on TigerFire.eu or register your purchase through other means that may be made available by Tiger Fire will void your warranty. If you need a printed form to submit by mail, please contact an authorized dealer or distributor. The warranties as specified herein include all of your specific legal rights under Tiger Fire's limited warranty. However, you may have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.

18. Maximum Liability ofTiger Fire: The maximum liability of the seller is the price paid by the buyer, with a maximum of EUR 10,000 for proven defects or deviations from agreed specifications.
