Mussels from the BBQ

Mussels with white wine is a delicious summer dish that is easy to prepare on the BBQ!

Ingredients

- 4kg mussels

- fresh flat parsley

- 1 celery

- 1 red bell bell pepper

- 1 white onion

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 spring connection

- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 30cl white wine

- black pepper

Preparatory work:

- Prepare the BBQ for direct grilling at 200 degrees.

- Cut the bell bell pepper and onion into strips, the celery into pieces and finely chop the spring onion and parsley. Peel and crush the garlic.

- Wash the clams.

Let's cook!

- After washing, place the mussels on the hot plancha plate. Divide the bell bell pepper, onion, parsley and garlic among the mussels and drizzle generously with the olive oil. Season to taste with the black pepper.

- As soon as the mussels open slightly, drizzle the white wine over them and continue cooking.

- When the clams are done, remove them from the barbecue along with all the seasonings.

Suggestion

- Serve the mussels with some freshly chopped spring onion, bread or fries and a nice glass of white wine.
